## About the Role

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit IT-Background und verfügst über mehrjährige einschlägige Praxiserfahrung in der Betretung von Anwendungen/IT-Systemen.
 * Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung in der Durchführung von IT-Prozessen, dem Aufsetzen von Anwendungen sowie exzellente Methodenkenntnis für Change-, Release-, Incident- und Problem- sowie Testmanagement. Ein zusätzliches Nice-to-have sind Kenntnisse in Java, Oracle und in der Architektur von dezentralen Systemen,
 * Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für die Herausforderungen und Bedürfnisse deiner Kundengruppen (unsere Fachabteilungen) und kommunizierst sicher und adressatengerecht mit internen und externen Partnern sowie Dienstleistern.
 * Du kennst (IT-)Prozesse im Bankenumfeld und hast idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit Wertpapierabwicklungsprozessen.
 * Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1) und gut Englisch (B2).
