* Verwaltung und Administration der Endpoint-Management-Systeme (Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365 und Mobile Device Management)
 * Implementierung und Konfiguration von Geräterichtlinien, um Sicherheit und Effizienz zu gewährleisten
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Softwareverteilungspaketen sowie Überwachung und Einhaltung von Compliance-Profilen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern sowie Entstörung bei auftretenden Problemen
 * Unterstützung im 2nd-Level-Support für Endpoint-Management-Anfragen
 * Abstimmung mit externen Partnern hinsichtlich Bereitstellung und Auswahl von Windows Autopilot-Geräten
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
