## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (Statistik, Mathematik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä.) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterqualifizierung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem der Bereiche Machine Learning, Deep Learning oder Generative KI, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python sowie in Cloud-Plattformen wie AWS oder Microsoft Azure
 * Erfahrung mit Zeitreihen-, Sensor-, Bild- oder Audiodaten
 * Erfahrung mit MLOps, Deployment, Monitoring oder Betrieb produktiver AI-Lösungen ist von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse in generativer KI, RAG, Prompt Engineering und agentischen AI-Systemen sind von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Bereitschaft zur internationalen Zusammenarbeit und zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

## Description

* Durchführung von Data-Science- und Predictive-Analytics-Use-Cases mit Daten aus allen Unternehmensbereichen (von der Produktion über die IT bis in die Verwaltungsbereiche), mit Schwerpunkt auf industriellen Daten
 * Anwendung geeigneter prädiktiver Algorithmen (Machine Learning, Deep Learning etc.)
 * Umsetzung von Proofs of Concept, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung interner AI-Produkte sowie interne Beratung zu klassischer und generativer KI
 * Durchführung prozess- und entwicklungsbegleitender Analysen, Erstellung von Prognosemodellen sowie Analyse, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Technologien für Datenauswertungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Festlegung und Optimierung interner KI-Guidelines, Standards und Prozesse im Rahmen unseres Center of Excellence AI
 * Durchführung von Nutzenbewertungen, Marktbeobachtungen und Benchmarks
 * Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei technischen Fragestellungen zur Analyse, Auswahl und Umsetzung von KI-Anwendungsfällen
 * Präsentation von Produkten, Prozessen und Technologien innerhalb des Unternehmens sowie Unterstützung von Werks- und Kundenpräsentationen
