## About the Role

Schnittstellen und Architekturprinzipien  
 - Entwicklung eines modularen, wartbaren und skalierbaren Systems  
 - Verarbeitung und Fusion heterogener Sensordaten im kHz-Bereich  
 - Aufbau Echtzeit-Systeme mit Fokus auf Determinismus, Ausfallsicherheit und 24/7-Betrieb  
 - Integration von KI-Modellen und ML-Pipelines in eine reale Produktionsumgebung  
 - Aufbau und fachliche Führung eines Softwareteams (perspektivisch 2-3 Personen)  
 - Code Reviews, Mentoring und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern - ohne Konzernbürokratie

 

Was Du mitbringen solltest

 

- Master in Informatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikation  
 - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Architekturverantwortung oder außergewöhnliches Potenzial und die Bereitschaft, fehlende Skills schnell und strukturiert aufzubauen - überzeuge uns!  
 - Technische Tiefe, klares Denken, saubere Schnittstellen und hohe Qualitätsansprüche  
 - Souveräner Umgang mit aktuellen Entwicklungstools und KI-gestützten Workflows  
 - Fähigkeit, robuste, qualitativ hochwertige Software strukturiert zu entwickeln und andere fachlich anzuleiten  
 - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und regelmäßigen Präsenz in Halle (Saale)

 

Besonders wichtig für uns: Leistungsbereitschaft, Vorwärtsdenken, Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit, Integrität und der Wille, etwas von Grund auf richtig zu bauen!
