## About the Role

* Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung

## Description

* Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer M365-Services (insb. SharePoint)
 * Dabei gehst du auch in die Tiefe und kümmerst dich um Analyse, Troubleshooting sowie 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für komplexe M365-, MS-Teams- und Collaboration-Szenarien
 * Du planst, implementierst und betreibst Microsoft Teams- und SharePoint-Online-Umgebungen mit Fokus auf Meetings, Chat und Zusammenarbeit
 * Du richtest Teams-Kollaborationsfunktionen sowie Governance-Richtlinien ein und optimierst sie
 * Du implementierst Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben für SharePoint Online, Teams und Kommunikationsdienste
 * Du übernimmst technische Verantwortung in Software-Release- und Lifecycle-Projekten
 * Du automatisierst, was automatisiert werden kann (z. B. mit PowerShell)
