Ausbildung im IT-Bereich absolviert oder alternativ relevante, langjährige IT-Berufserfahrung in der Tasche.  
 - Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Betriebssystemen und Standard-Anwendungen  
 - Du bist kunden- und serviceorientiert und besitzt sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten.  
 - Du hast Freude am analytischen und abstrakten Denken und Lösen von komplexen Aufgaben.  
 - Du bist ein Teamplayer und zeigst eine hohe Eigenmotivation.  
 - Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig, sorgfältig und zuverlässig und übernimmst gern Verantwortung.

 

Was du optional mitbringst

 

- Microsoft Server Betriebssysteme und Dienste (Active Directory, DNS, etc.)  
 - Virtualisierung (Hyper-V, VMware)  
 - Microsoft Exchange Server und Exchange Online  
 - Netzwerktechnik (Firewalls, Routing, VPN, WLAN)  
 - Führerschein der Klasse B, um unsere Kunden in Außendiensteinsätzen betreuen zu können.

- Du analysierst und löst Probleme variierender Komplexität in Hard- und Software unserer Kunden und betreust sie kompetent per Fernwartung oder im Außendienst vor Ort.  
 - Du konzipierst, planst, installierst, konfigurierst, pflegst und wartest komplexe IT-Systeme einschließlich aller Hard- und Softwarekomponenten.  
 - Du übernimmst die Kundenschulungen am Gerät und bist kompetenter Ansprechpartnerin bei Fragen und Problemen im Alltag.  
 - Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden vertrauensvoll bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer IT-Infrastruktur.  
 - Sobald unser grünes Rechenzentrum GREENCLOUD steht, konfigurierst und betreust du unsere GREENCLOUD-Produkte (u.a. IaaS, Backup, Mail-Archiv).  
 - Du unterstützt bei der Ausbildung unserer Nachwuchs-IT-Profis.
