## Description

* Advise clients on privacy compliance, including U.S. state privacy laws, GDPR, and federal privacy laws.
 * Draft, review, and negotiate privacy policies and data processing agreements.
 * Provide guidance on the use of cookies and tracking technologies.
 * Manage cybersecurity incident response, including breach and ransomware events.
 * Engage with regulators and state attorneys general on cybersecurity matters.
 * Support time-sensitive incident response, requiring availability outside regular hours.
 * Conduct data governance and information risk assessments.
 * Perform privacy and cybersecurity due diligence for transactions.
 * Counsel clients in regulatory investigations and administrative matters.
