As the business continues to grow, so does this role., * 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally within an MSP or multi-client environment * Solid working knowledge of networking and switching fundamentals * Experience configuring and supporting firewalls * Strong troubleshooting skills and the confidence to work through problems independently * Good communication skills and a professional, client-friendly manner * Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites across Ireland Desirable / Nice to Have: * Microsoft 365 administration experience (configuration, licensing, troubleshooting) * Hyper-V virtualisation experience ## Description This hire sits between the existing service desk team and the senior technical and director-level resource. You will handle the escalated, more complex support tickets that need real technical depth, and increasingly take ownership of project work ... client onboarding, infrastructure rollouts, and smaller technical implementations from start to finish.
