* We require strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent, Learn, and HR Help Desk, and all of these skills are mandatory.

 * We will deliver the implementation successfully across the project lifecycle.

 * We will mentor consultants throughout the project.
 * We will support the overall delivery of the Oracle Fusion HCM programme.
