## Description

Technology Director will play a central role in turning that ambition into reality.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape how technology enables this company's services over the coming years - ensuring that their platforms, tools and ways of working support high-quality, efficient and resilient project delivery across all disciplines. This includes leading the adoption of new tools and platforms, strengthening their use of data and visualisation, and ensuring that emerging technologies such as AI are adopted in a way that is pragmatic and responsible as well as carefully aligned with our values.Working closely with the Management Board and other key Directors, the Technology Director will influence strategic priorities and investment decisions, helping to balance innovation with robustness and opportunity with risk. The role will require sound judgement, the confidence to challenge where appropriate, and the ability to translate strategic intent into clear
