## About the Role

* We want someone from a similar IT technical environment.
 * We want experience handling 1st or 2nd line technical enquiries.
 * We want working knowledge of O365.
 * We want experience with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019.
 * We want exposure to firewall security.
 * We want proven problem-solving ability.
 * We want the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
 * We want experience or exposure to core networking systems such as routers, switches, WiFi, backups, and VOIP systems.
 * We want knowledge of CISCO.
 * We want DNS and DHCP knowledge.
 * We want access to a car.
 * We want someone who can work onsite 5 days per week.

## Description

* We will bring inhouse and support a fully functional IT specialist team across our core sites in Glasgow, Scunthorpe, and Burton.
 * We will handle commercial troubleshooting and 1st or 2nd line support enquiries.
 * We will support our technical estate, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, touchscreens, and internal telephone systems.
 * We will work closely with our IT manager based at the Burton office.
 * We will support our core networking systems, including routers, switches, WiFi, backups, and VOIP.
 * We will manage service desk tickets in JIRA and respond to requests within agreed SLAs.
