## Description

* Design and deploy scalable, high-performance Back End systems and platforms.
 * Monitor, maintain, and optimise large-scale distributed systems.
 * Automate deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management processes.
 * Lead incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities.
 * Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and resilience requirements.
 * Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and support teams to enhance platform performance.
 * Support capacity planning and initiatives for future scalability.
 * Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
 * Champion Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
