## About the Role

* Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) migrations from on-premises or legacy platforms to SaaS-based environments, including data migration, system integration, validation, and change management.
 * Demonstrated knowledge of handling and safeguarding ITAR-controlled technical data and products, ensuring compliance with U.S. export control regulations throughout PLM processes, system integrations, data migrations, and user access management.
 * Strong leadership and high degree of comfort managing and motivating global teams
 * Consulting acumen and thought leadership, leading discussions with the customer to drive the right outcomes
 * Experience planning and managing project schedules and tracking budgets
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to effectively identify and manage risk
 * Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint) and other project management software (JIRA, etc)
 * Detail oriented

Preferred Experience:

 * Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of Project Management experience
 * Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
 * Strong working knowledge of project management industry standards (PMI) and methodologies.

## Description

* Lead and manage one or more projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope.
 * Coordinate project resources and activities for the execution of projects
 * Communicate project status regularly to internal and external stakeholders
 * Identify, mitigate, and manage risks. Drive resolution of issues, escalating as needed.
 * Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
 * Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes
