 * Experience implementing front-end changes within WordPress websites
 * Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
 * Good understanding of website hosting, performance and security
 * Experience troubleshooting website and integration issues
 * Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
 * Basic understanding of technical SEO principles
 * Experience working with APIs, forms and third-party integrations
 * Comfortable using browser developer tools
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 * Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
 * Experience with Wordfence or similar security tools
 * Experience with A/B testing and CRO
 * Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed optimisation
 * Knowledge of accessibility auditing and WCAG standards
 * Familiarity with Zapier and workflow automation platforms
 * Understanding of AI search, answer engines and emerging search technologies
 * Experience working with AI-powered tools or chatbots
 * Experience working with lead generation websites
 * Experience with CRM integrations and customer journey optimisation
 * Experience with Google Workspace

 * Take ownership of implementation and make changes directly
 * Solve problems directly and keep a high-traffic, revenue-generating platform running well
 * Support more complex development, hosting, security and infrastructure matters alongside our Head of Technology
