Additional skills include strong organization skills, sense of urgency, can learn on the fly, customer focused, timely decision making, self-motivated, team player and ability to multitask. * Proven ability to initiate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Ex. Working with Legal and Accounting to negotiate contract terms & conditions with our customer. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks (50+ jobs) and priorities. * Excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively on the phone or lead Zoom conference calls. * Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. * Must have good technical aptitude & be able to read and interpret drawings. * Must have good time management skills and be able to change priorities based on project demands. * Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and accuracy is a must have; ability to analyze information, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. * PM's do not have direct reports nor project specific reports. * Role will require frequent visits to the Company's Kimball, TN manufacturing area, likely on a weekly basis. Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, engineering, communications, technology, or sales-related discipline. * Strong experience in mainframe programs that include inventory control - such as JD Edwards (JDE). ## Description Project Manager works cross-functionally with several internal and external teams including Legal, Engineering, Accounting, Sales, Trade Compliance, Order Entry, Field Services and Purchasing. Prepares submittals and re-submittals for approval. Handles all project management tasks, customer requirements, contract administration and customer service from beginning to the completion of an assigned project.
