## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
 * 2-5 years of experience in construction project or program management
 * Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and best practices
 * Experience working on commercial, industrial, or tenant improvement projects
 * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project)
 * Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
 * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Description

A large automotive company in Fremont is looking for a Program Manager to join their infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer management, technical program management, factory engineering, manufacturing, construction and contract management.

What You'll Do

 * Support the management of multiple construction projects (commercial, industrial, or TI) from planning through closeout
 * Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking key milestones and deliverables
 * Coordinate with internal teams (PMs, Superintendents, VDC, Design) and external partners (contractors, vendors, consultants)
 * Monitor project budgets, track costs, and support forecasting and reporting
 * Identify risks and issues proactively and help implement mitigation strategies
 * Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures
 * Assist with procurement, contract administration, and document control
 * Prepare regular status updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
 * Support site activities as needed, including coordination and progress tracking
