## About the Role

* Experienced Software Engineers 6+ years of experience with one of the following technologies - Java, Python, C++ or C#
 * Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
 * Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications.
 * Experience driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and evaluating emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and product innovation.
 * Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing framework and automation (testing/deployment) in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
 * Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in how emerging technologies can be applied to solve complex software engineering problems.
 * Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related field or relevant experience
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
 * Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack
 * Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and timezones
