* 5 years of experience with the PACSS application.
 * Experience with Child Support systems and Federal Regulations (IV-D).
 * Proven experience working with developers and end users for functional requirements.
 * Experience with New-Hire applications.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferences

 * Experience with SharePoint, Team Foundation Server (TFS), SQL Server, and Visio.
 * Strong leadership abilities and understanding of System Engineering concepts.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

* Lead and oversee the development and maintenance of key applications within the Child Support Services Division.
 * Collaborate with the System Development Contractor to manage project schedules and ensure successful project delivery.
 * Oversee the requirements management process and ensure system requirements are effectively traced throughout the SDLC.
 * Work closely with the SC DSS Child Support Services Division to address program-related issues and improve application functionalities.
 * Lead the team in creating new user stories and use cases, and prepare technical reports.
