Employees may also be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 49 pounds. ## Description Position Overview: In this role, you will support the detention facility's information technology operations by maintaining computer systems, network infrastructure, communication equipment, security systems, and operational technology used throughout the detention facility. You will provide technical support to facility personnel, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain system functionality, and ensure IT operations remain secure, reliable, and compliant with facility policies and operational requirements.
