5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related infrastructure field.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Scaling experience:
You have a proven track record in a high-growth environment and have personally navigated the technical challenges of a scale-up transitioning into a global company.
Cloud Mastery:
Expert-level knowledge of
AWS
(primary), with additional experience in other cloud providers such as GCP or Oracle Cloud.
Infrastructure Strategy:
Strong experience managing and migrating applications using diverse cloud-based architectures.
OS & Containers:
Deep knowledge of Linux servers and extensive experience with containerization technologies, specifically
Docker and Kubernetes
.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Advanced proficiency with automation and configuration tools such as
Terraform and Ansible
.
Development:
Strong scripting skills in
Python and Bash
to automate repetitive tasks and build internal tooling.
CI/CD:
Deep experience in building and maintaining robust pipelines using tools like
Jenkins and GitLab, Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
