Desirable skills: * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more product streams (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM) * ITIL Foundation or Agile methodology certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) * Experience contributing to ServiceNow platform health checks, release upgrades, or instance consolidation projects * Experience supporting sales bids, scoping out client user stories, and preparing level-of-effort (LOE) estimates ## Description As a Senior Consultant in our ServiceNow practice, you will support the technical delivery and implementation of complex digital transformation programmes and platform enhancements. You will translate business requirements and technical specifications into secure, scalable, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions, collaborating closely with architects and client stakeholders. Working across multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will provide hands-on technical guidance, participate in design decisions, and build trusted relationships with day-to-day client peers.
