You will have: - Proven experience (8+ years) in data, analytics and AI platform architecture, design and delivery - Expertise in AWS cloud-native data and analytics platforms across the data value chain - Experience designing scalable platform components spanning batch and real-time/streaming processing across microservices- and API-driven architectures - Experience integrating machine learning, Generative AI and foundation models into enterprise solutions, including agentic AI approaches - Experience implementing robust data management, security and governance for public sector and regulated environments, applying responsible AI principles - Proven ability to lead multiple, complex areas of work to time, cost and quality with minimal direction, managing large teams as the key point of escalation - Ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders, navigating the political landscape of client delivery to achieve programme objectives - A track record of understanding the whole risk landscape and standing up multi-functional teams of SMEs to resolve issues - Recognised as a subject matter expert driving innovation and market-leading practices across multiple clients and industries - Strong understanding of cloud-centric solution design, the full data lifecycle, and MLOps/AIOps - Experience mentoring engineers and architects, building capability in junior team members and client counterparts- You will be required to hold active SC clearance for this role.
