## About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager with strong hands-on software delivery experience to lead complex enterprise technology programs across engineering, product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams., * 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering, or Technical Product Delivery

 * Strong SDLC knowledge including system design, architecture reviews, CI/CD, and cloud-native applications
 * Experience managing large-scale programs with distributed engineering teams
 * Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery expertise
 * Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
 * Ability to identify and resolve technical and delivery bottlenecks

Preferred:

 * Healthcare technology experience (payer, provider, HIPAA, HL7/FHIR)
 * Prior hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Architect

Experience working with offshore/nearshore delivery teams
