This position reports directly to the Sr. Director Accounting and sits at the intersection of Finance, IT and Data/AI. Role is responsible for administering key finance systems, leading execution and coordination of project management activities, driving process optimization, and enabling the broader Finance team to leverage technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision making. The ideal candidate combines strong finance process knowledge, systems expertise, and project leadership skills, along with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and digital transformation. Responsibilities: Finance System Administration * Serve as system administrator and subject matter expert for core finance systems (e.g., ERP, consolidation tool, credit card payment processor, gift cards, etc.) * Lead execution of master data governance processes for core finance systems, ensuring alignment with established policies and controls. * Review and control security access permissions for financial systems. * Provide systems support for BPC, including running periodic batch loads for BPC. * Review and prioritize open tickets with finance management and IT support teams * Troubleshoot system issues and partner with IT and external vendors to resolve efficiently Project Management * Serve as the Finance Project Manager for key IT initiatives impacting Finance .
