This role will work closely with financial analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, Azure, SQL, and Workday integration technologies, along with the ability to provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor other developers., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * 7+ years of professional software development experience with: * C# * .NET Core / ASP.NET Core * RESTful APIs * Microsoft Azure * Strong experience with SQL, including stored procedures, views, and database development. * Experience with .NET Framework and WebForms. * Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Azure DevOps and Git. * Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban development environments. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Experience with Workday, particularly the Financials module and Workday integration frameworks. Nice to Haves: * Experience with Python, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks. * Experience with data engineering, data integration, and Azure-based ETL/ELT technologies. * Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using SSRS, Tableau, or Power BI. * Experience with code quality, security, and static analysis tools. * Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations and data exchange solutions. * Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and contributing to software architecture decisions.
