## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow UI Builder Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Workspace development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern user experiences using UI Builder, developing customer-facing workspaces, implementing integrations, and supporting migration initiatives across ServiceNow environments., * Design and develop responsive pages using ServiceNow UI Builder.

 * Configure and customize CSM Workspace, Customer Service Workspaces, and Employee Center.
 * Build and maintain pages, variants, reusable components, app shells, and workspace experiences.
 * Configure data resources, client state parameters, event handlers, and custom bindings.
 * Develop custom applications and customer-facing experiences using UI Builder.
 * Support ServiceNow migration initiatives, including:
 + Instance-to-instance migrations
 + Data migrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps
 + Application migration using Update Sets and Source Control
 + Upgrade and deployment activities across environments
 * Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions.
 * Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
 * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
 * Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
 * Troubleshoot and optimize workspace performance and user experience.
