* 5+ years of Workday experience in HCM configuration and/or Security
 * 5+ years of Workday integration experience (Studio, EIB, APIs preferred)
 * Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes
 * Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments
 * Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices

## Description

* We are seeking a Senior Workday Developer / Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations, Studio, APIs, and Payroll integrations.
 * The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across technical and functional areas, owning integration enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HR and technical stakeholders., * Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
 * Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and related Workday technologies.
 * Build and support Workday Payroll integrations with internal systems and third-party vendors.
 * Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize integration performance.
 * Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration mappings, and development solutions.
 * Support Workday enhancements, releases, testing, deployments, and production issues.
 * Work with HR, Payroll, Security, and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
 * Maintain technical documentation and provide guidance to junior Workday developers/analysts.
