## Description

* Analyze, determine, and document functional requirements related to the accessibility of websites and related solutions.
 * Define and align business requirements and technical requirements for accessibility.
 * Conduct impact analyses of business requirements on customer-facing applications and websites.
 * Gather and interpret user requirements and legal accessibility requirements into design specifications.
 * Participate in or lead design of customer-facing websites and applications.
 * Review website code and make edits to ensure accessibility.
 * Lead testing for websites and customer-facing solutions to ensure accessibility.
 * Communicate accurate and useful status updates.
 * Follow quality standards.
 * Ability to work in a team environment.
 * Strong communication skills; both written andspoken
 * Act as the functional expert on accessibilityfor websites and applications within the Department of Neighborhoods. Provide expertisein the business processes supported by web hosting platforms and related applications.
 * Provide expertise for defining functionalarchitecture of websites and customer-facing applications.
 * Plan and develop user interface strategy, inalignment with accessibility requirements.
 * Identify and track issues, risks and actionitems affecting own work and work of team.
 * Determine time estimates and schedule for ownwork and resolve issues in a timely manner.
