In this role, you will own the program's digital solutions strategy - spanning the applications, tooling, and reporting infrastructure the OMEGA workforce depends on - and lead the group responsible for program-level and executive reporting. You will set direction for how the program builds, governs, and measures its digital capabilities: shaping a multi-year roadmap, holding the line on platform governance and data quality, and translating delivery into outcomes that leadership can act on. Success in this role looks like tooling people actually use and reporting that leadership trusts.
