## About the Role

* Years' experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Telco Cloud operations, IPsec VPN Gateway support, Network Security, Routing & Switching, and Incident & Change Management within large-scale telecom environments.
 * English: Professional working proficiency.

## Description

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

 * Provide 24x7 operational support for IPsec Gateways in the Telco Cloud environment.
 * Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve IPsec tunnel, routing, connectivity, packet drop, latency and security policy issues.
 * Execute planned changes with proper change management including validation, implementation accuracy, post-checks and rollback readiness.
 * Work closely with customer network, telco cloud, security and operations teams for incidents, escalations and service improvements.
 * Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, RCA inputs, configuration records and change evidence to meet customer governance and security standards.
