planning and protecting engineering capacity for both delivery and platform healthManage technical debt deliberately as a strategic decision, not an afterthoughtEngineering leadership and people developmentLead, manage, coach, and develop the full engineering organisationEstablish clear role definitions across engineeringBuild a culture of genuine technical ownership -
