## About the Role

You'll have experience working in a structured, process-led environment where planning, coordination, governance and delivery are key. You may have gained this experience within financial services, operations, administration, project support, change delivery or another environment where accuracy, controls and stakeholder coordination are important (Insurance industry experience is highly desirable). Most importantly, you'll be confident taking ownership of activity, coordinating multiple priorities and helping others navigate complex processes.

You'll bring good data handling and Excel skills, including experience of working with spreadsheets and ideally using VLOOKUPs and PivotTables. While this role works closely with pricing changes, it is focused on implementation, governance, coordination and delivery rather than complex pricing modelling or advanced technical pricing analysis.

You'll bring a combination of the following skills and experience:

 * Implementation and deployment leadership, with experience coordinating change activity and ensuring successful delivery across teams and systems.
 * Testing and quality assurance, combined with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
 * A strong understanding of governance and risk controls, demonstrating accountability for audit requirements, evidence management and compliance activities.
 * Confidence in systems and process navigation, supported by strong planning and forward-thinking skills to manage dependencies, timelines and changing priorities.
 * Excellent organisation and prioritisation, with the ability to balance multiple implementation activities, stakeholders and deadlines.
 * A proactive approach to problem solving, root cause analysis and process improvement, alongside effective communication when working with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.

## Description

* Take ownership of pricing change delivery, coordinating activity across Pricing, Underwriting, IT and platform teams to ensure successful implementation from planning through to release.
 * Play a key role in governance and change planning, helping shape deployment activity, manage risks, support regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across Deployment & Assurance processes.
 * 80% hybrid working with 20% from our Stratford Upon Avon Office. (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

About the role

As a Pricing Implementation Lead within our Deployment & Assurance team, you'll coordinate and drive the successful implementation of pricing changes across our live systems. Acting as the bridge between Pricing, Underwriting, IT and deployment teams, you'll help ensure changes move smoothly from development and testing into production while meeting governance, audit and regulatory requirements.

You'll lead the planning and coordination of pricing change activity, maintaining visibility of upcoming releases, identifying dependencies and helping teams navigate competing priorities. Working across multiple products and platforms, you'll ensure stakeholders understand implementation requirements, release timescales, resource implications and potential risks, supporting the successful delivery of pricing, data and classification changes.

Governance and quality form a significant part of the role. You'll oversee testing and quality assurance activities, maintain strong audit and evidence standards and help ensure all changes are supported by appropriate controls and documentation. You'll contribute to regulatory and governance processes, helping the business maintain transparency, accountability and compliance throughout the pricing change lifecycle.

Alongside delivery responsibilities, you'll investigate issues, support root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and ways of working. You'll work closely with colleagues across Deployment & Assurance and the wider Pricing function to ensure changes are delivered efficiently, consistently and with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
