## About the Role

Overall, you're an ideal person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer - that's important. You know it takes a mix of people to do amazing work, so you love collaborating with and learning from people with different skills, backgrounds and perspectives. If you have an interesting or unusual mix of skills yourself, even better.
All applicants must be eligible for Security Clearance.
You'll also have strong Salesforce functional expertise including a number of the following:

 * An advanced Salesforce functional certification such as Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
 * Experience in onsite functional roles on at least three full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with strong expertise in atleast two of the following areas/modules: Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud/Custom/App Cloud.
 * Strong consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.
 * Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, workstream lead, project manager).
 * Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, planning and executing testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
 * Experience in mobile strategy, requirement-gathering, user experience, and implementing business solutions.
 * Experience delivering projects using agile Scrum methodology.
 * Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities.
