* Previous SAP experience in a sales role particularly desirable
 * Experience in a Steel Service Centre / Manufacturing environment advantageous
 * Sales administration experience
 * Confident communicator
 * Customer service focused
 * Excellent IT skills, particularly in the MS Office365 applications
 * Analytical and strategic thinking
 * Assertive, stress resistance

Qualifications

 * Mathematics and English GCSEs Mandatory
 * Degree (desirable)

## Description

* Manage the administration of customer order schedules (Industry)
 * Review customer order schedules to ensure customer stock levels are correct
 * Maintain the customer master data (account & parts database)
 * Enter and maintain sales orders.
 * Manage shipping arrangements with the transport team
 * Monitoring and tracking of inventories according to targets
 * Liaise with production & logistics departments to ensure that material is delivered on time and in full
 * Provide reports / data to assist management / external sales teams
 * Be involved in all areas of commercial administration
