## About the Role

* Strong enterprise software engineering and systems integration background
 * Commercial experience with FHIR
 * Commercial experience with HL7 v2.x
 * Strong RESTful API and web services development experience
 * Experience integrating multiple complex systems
 * Cloud-based application development experience
 * Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
 * Experience with secure software development practices
 * Agile and DevOps delivery experience
 * Strong technical troubleshooting skills
 * Experience with integration engines, middleware and event-driven architecture would be beneficial
 * Comfortable attending our Leeds/Wakefield location at least once per week, with some additional regional travel

## Description

* Support a large-scale integration programme by designing and delivering secure, reliable integrations across complex enterprise systems
 * Work within our multidisciplinary delivery team alongside Architects, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers and technical stakeholders
 * Develop secure APIs, integration services and reusable integration components
 * Build interfaces using FHIR, HL7 v2.x and RESTful APIs
 * Integrate with complex enterprise platforms, including EPR and PAS systems
 * Support integration testing, deployment, go-live and early-life support
 * Troubleshoot integration issues across multiple systems
 * Develop automated unit, integration and API tests
 * Work within Agile delivery and CI/CD environments
 * Produce technical, API and interface documentation
 * Support code reviews and maintain high software engineering standards
