You will develop and implement of Asset Care strategies, conducting regular inspections, utilising preventative maintenance schedules, and gathering detailed data on equipment performance to develop actionable insights for enhancing reliability and efficiency. You will also have a focus on continuous improvement (CI) and site performance enhancements. These will include identifying opportunities as a self-starter, leading cross-functional teams, and participating in equipment upgrades and modifications to support long-term operational objectives and sustainability goals. You'll be hands-on with fault-finding and will support with breakdowns when required, sharing knowledge across engineering, and ensuring the maintenance of detailed documentation.
