## About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Streetworks Administrator to join a busy and growing utilities team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop their career within the utilities and streetworks sector., Essential

 * Previous administration experience.
 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
 * Excellent organisational and time management skills.
 * High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
 * Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desirable

 * Knowledge or experience within the utilities industry.
 * Understanding of streetworks or permit administration processes.

## Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting streetworks activities, ensuring permits, notices and records are managed accurately and in line with industry regulations and local authority requirements., * Maintain accurate records of streetworks activities and update internal systems.

 * Run and update daily operational reports.
 * Manage incoming telephone calls and queries.
 * Register, start and close streetworks permits.
 * Ensure permit information is recorded accurately and within required timescales.
 * Provide administrative support to the Streetworks and Operations teams.
 * Assist other departments when required, including providing cover during periods of sickness or annual leave.
 * Support the efficient delivery of utility works through effective permit and documentation management.
