## About the Role

* Experience with Oracle Compensation & Benefits module
 * Strong experience configuring salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation cycles
 * Knowledge of Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans
 * Understanding of workforce compensation cycles and eligibility profiles
 * Proficiency in Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules and calculations
 * Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
 * Understanding of integration with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management
 * Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party system integration is a plus

## Description

* Design, implement, and optimize HCM modules within Oracle HCM Cloud
 * Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to configure HR, salary structures, bonus plans, benefits programs, and incentive compensation
 * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations
 * Support system enhancements, integrations, and reporting needs
