As the M365 Platform Manager, you will ensure effective delivery, optimisation and strategic alignment of all M365 services within the business. I am ideally looking for someone Midlands based who can be on site in the West Midlands head office 2-3 days a week., * Lead on administration, development and support of core M365 services (including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive) * Manage relationships with third parties, setting clear expectations, monitoring performance against KPIs and ensuring that service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance standards are met. * Identify and implement improvements to platform performance, user experience, and productivity.
