Our partner is looking for a Back-End Engineer (Python) based in Spain. As a Back-End Engineer, you will join a cross-functional engineering squad building and scaling a modern SaaS platform designed for global workforce management. You will focus on developing secure, reliable, and easy-to-use APIs and integrations that power critical product experiences. Working alongside Product, Design, Front-End, Back-End, and QA specialists, you will contribute throughout the full software delivery lifecycle. The environment is remote-first and highly collaborative, with teams distributed across Europe and Asia and a strong emphasis on asynchronous communication. You will have increasing ownership over technical solutions while participating in architecture and engineering discussions. AI-assisted development is an integral part of the engineering workflow, giving you the opportunity to use modern coding tools while developing strong judgment around generated code. This is a strong opportunity for a Python engineer who wants to grow technically while working in a high-ownership, international environment.
