The Tech Strategic Programs team (similar to the Office of the CTO at many companies) enables this strategy by driving the Technology Operating Rhythm. The Technology Operating Rhythm is how we set strategy and expectations, build capability, monitor performance, inspire employees, and instill accountability - keeping 8,000+ technologists focused on impact and outcomes for customers. We are looking for a strategic problem solver and leader with a passion for innovation, AI, and data-driven execution. You will be part of a high-performing team that partners with senior leaders to deliver the Technology Operating Rhythm.
