 * Experience in migrating and rewriting existing reports into modern dashboards is highly preferred.
 * Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and performance optimization.
 * Solid financial background, with the ability to understand and interpret financial statements, KPIs, and business drivers.
 * Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports tailored for executive audiences, both internal and External.
 * Translate complex financial data into clear, intuitive visualizations and storytelling dashboards.
 * Migrate and rewrite existing reports into modern, interactive Power BI dashboards, improving usability and insight delivery.
 * Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
 * Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs.
 * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports and data models.
 * Apply critical thinking to analyze trends, identify insights, and recommend data-driven actions.
 * Adhere to governance, security, and best practices for BI development and data management.
