* Proven experience as a ReactJS Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands on experience complemented by a robust portfolio showcasing impactful ReactJS and Nodejs projects
 * Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience
 * Proficiency in frontend technologies including React JavaScript HTML and CSS with a strong emphasis on responsive and adaptive design
 * Strong knowledge of server side technologies particularly Nest js Express Fastify with a proven track record of building scalable applications
 * Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
 * Solid understanding of version control systems particularly Git to facilitate collaborative development
 * Knowledge of cloud platforms eg AWS Azure is advantageous enhancing the ability to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments
 * Exceptional problem solving abilities coupled with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team oriented environment
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction with technical and nontechnical stakeholders alike
