In this role, you will drive operational performance by designing and deploying enterprise automations, container platforms, and CI/CD delivery pipelines. You will leverage modern technologies including AWS Cloud Services, Kubernetes (EKS), GitHub Actions, Splunk, Dynatrace, AIOps, RAG frameworks, and agentic automation tools to streamline deliverables, enhance system observability, and optimize incident management across the organization. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
