Experience and Knowledge: * Prior Intelligence Community (IC) experience. * Experience working with DHS data sources and intelligence systems. * In-depth knowledge of DHS I&A authorities, mission sets, and enterprise intelligence processes. * Familiarity with open-source collection techniques across surface, deep, and dark web environments. * Strong understanding of collection management, planning, and dissemination processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, common Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools, and DHS/IC systems., * Degree in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, or Criminal Justice. * DHS intelligence analysis or open-source exploitation experience. * Experience integrating open-source collection with all-source intelligence production. * Strong analytical writing, reporting, and presentation skills. ## Description Synertex LLC is seeking Open-Source Collection Specialists (Data Collection Specialist II) to provide 24/7/365 expert-level open-source collection and analysis support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Specialists will conduct targeted collection of publicly available information (PAI) from surface, deep, and dark web sources to support tactical and operational intelligence requirements.
