 * Ability to perform and apply information analysis to resolve infrastructure problems.
 * Demonstrated experience with identifying, analyzing, selecting, and applying new IT infrastructure components.

Skills:

 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Flexibility to support on-call duties and 24x7 work rotation if needed.
 * Demonstrated experience with infrastructure support beyond basic support desk experience.

## Description

This role is onsite and involves monitoring, managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging changes to the information technology infrastructure within established processes. The role addresses low complexity infrastructure problems and routine changes, providing basic support to deliver functionality on a defined portion of a single infrastructure technology. The position may involve some interaction with functional business partners on tactical issues and limited contact with suppliers., * Monitor, manage, report, collaborate, and triage changes to the IT infrastructure.
