As an Informatica Development Lead, you will lead the design, development, and support of enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica technologies. You will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions.

 * Lead the design, development, and deployment of Informatica ETL/data integration solutions.
 * Collaborate with business, architecture, and application teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
 * Drive technical decisions, code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to development standards.
 * Analyze complex data integration challenges and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
 * Support continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and modernization initiatives.
 * Provide production support guidance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure operational stability.
