 * Experience with Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
 * Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
 * REST APIs and SOAP services.
 * Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
 * Experience with Oracle AI Agents / Digital Assistant and conversational AI.
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills

 * Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Cloud certification.
 * Azure OpenAI and OCI AI Services.
 * LLMs and enterprise GenAI architecture.
 * HR analytics and predictive workforce planning.
 * Integration of Oracle HCM with Workday and Salesforce.
 * Healthcare or Financial Services industry experience.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management, along with experience in HR automation and AI-driven HR solutions. The role will focus on implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, developing integrations, automating HR processes, and delivering AI-powered HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
 * Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences.
 * Analyze HR operations and identify automation opportunities.
 * Configure workflows across HCM modules.
 * Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and other technologies.
 * Gather requirements and collaborate with HR stakeholders.
 * Develop dashboards and analytics solutions for workforce planning.
 * Ensure HR process compliance.
 * Mentor junior consultants and support change management activities.
