Preferred Requirements * Preferred candidate will have at least 5 yearsofexperienceworking inIdentity and Access Managementsolution design and delivery. ## Description The Sr. Manager, Identity & Access Management is responsible for leading an organization that defines strategy, target state architecture, standards, roadmaps, and prioritized delivery plans for Identity and Access Management. This role translates business, security, operational, and compliance needs into actionable capability plans across areas such as identity governance and administration, privileged access management, authentication, directory services, workflows, automations, and system integrations. The position leads design and build activities for IAM tools and services, including technology selection input, integration approaches, capital project execution, solution documentation, training, and operational readiness criteria. This leader partners closely with Run organizations to transition ownership effectively once systems reach steady-state deployment.
