Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities as outlined by the client. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: + SharePoint/web design, software/application development, or software testing/QA. * Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with modern programming languages or frameworks (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript, .NET). * Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, secure coding practices, and structured software development lifecycles. * Experience with relational databases, RESTful services, or automated testing frameworks. * Active Secret Security clearance is required. * Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment. The Work The SharePoint Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint sites, internal web pages, and workflows. This role involves designing user-friendly interfaces, conducting comprehensive software testing, managing software defect documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality solutions.
